    Products
    All canvases are printed on demand. Product images on the website are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

    Orders
    When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

    Shipping
    We partner with Printify and JONDO for production and shipping. Processing times are typically 2–5 business days, with delivery depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

    Returns & Replacements
    As each canvas is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

    Pricing & Payments
    All prices are listed in AUD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout.

    Intellectual Property
    All images, logos, and content on this site are the property of A Piece of the Bay and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

    Limitation of Liability
    We make every effort to ensure our products are high quality and arrive safely, but we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

    5. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

    • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital downloads once the file has been delivered.

    • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software and hardware to open and use the files.
