Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All canvases are made to order and shipped directly from our print partner, JONDO, through Printify’s fulfillment network. This means your order is produced at the facility closest to you, helping reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

Processing Times

  • Production usually takes 2–5 business days.

  • Once your order has been printed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

  • Australia: Typically 7–14 business days after production.

  • International orders: Times vary depending on location, usually 10–21 business days.

  • Please note that shipping may take longer during busy holiday periods or due to factors outside of our control (customs delays, postal service disruptions, etc.).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging
Each canvas is carefully wrapped in protective plastic and shipped in a sturdy, custom-fit cardboard box made with recycled materials. This ensures your artwork arrives safely and securely.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each canvas is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your size and design carefully before placing your order.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital downloads once the file has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. To help us process this quickly:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.

Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with our print partner.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have gone into production. If you need to make a change, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
