Are the prints framed?

No, our prints are supplied unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your style and space. We recommend professional framing to help protect and showcase your artwork.

What materials are the prints made from?

Each photograph is professionally printed on premium Ilford Smooth Pearl 310gsm photographic paper using archival-quality Epson pigment inks.

Our postcard collection features a selection of Shark Bay's most iconic coastal landscapes, wildlife encounters, and aerial scenes. Designed as affordable keepsakes and gifts, each postcard captures the unique beauty of this World Heritage region.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times within Australia generally range from 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

How is my order packaged?

Your prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Larger prints are shipped in sturdy protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit, while postcards are packaged securely to avoid bending.

How long will my print last?

Printed with professional Epson pigment inks on premium Ilford Smooth Pearl paper, your artwork is designed to provide outstanding image quality and durability for many years when displayed and cared for correctly. The heavyweight 310gsm paper offers a sturdy, professional finish suitable for display and framing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

What size are the digital downloads?
All digital downloads are provided in a 3:4 aspect ratio, which is a versatile size that works beautifully for common print formats such as 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 18x24, and more.

How do I receive my digital download?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to download your file instantly. No waiting for shipping! You will have 24 hours to download your file.

What file type will I get?
Files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs (300 DPI), suitable for both printing and digital use.

Can I print the file myself?
Yes! You can print at home, through a local print shop, or an online printing service. The 3:4 aspect ratio makes it easy to find frame and canvas options.

Can I use the digital download more than once?
Absolutely. Once purchased, you can print your file as many times as you like for personal use.

Can I share or resell the file?
No — your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the file in any form is not permitted.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are non-refundable. However, if you experience an issue with your file, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

What if I need a different size?
Currently, downloads are only offered in the 3:4 ratio. If you need a specific size for a project, please get in touch — I may be able to help with a custom request.
