What canvases are available?

Our canvases come in 5-6 different sizes depending on the image due to cropping perspectives. You can select from the smallest size of 11” x 14” to the biggest of 24” x 36” However, if you require a smaller or bigger format, please get in touch and we will try to find a size that best fits your space.

Do the canvases come ready to hang?

There is no need to frame or add hardware to your purchase. Each canvas comes with back hanging included and features rubber dots on the bottom to ensure the canvas stays in place when hung.

What materials are the canvases made from?

Each canvas is eco-friendly, from the frame to the ink. The frame is made with profile radiata pine that is ethically sourced from wood from FSC certified renewable forests. Designs are directly printed on the canvas using HP Latex printers with Latex inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable inks that reduce a variety of environmental, health, and safety concerns.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2-5 business days, which then you will receive an email that your purchase has been shipped. Shipping within Australia takes 3-6 business days.

How is my order packaged?

Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, then packaged in a hard cardboard box. Each box is custom created with recycled materials designed to fit each canvas size using 28% less cardboard than the industry standard. Specialized machinery in all facilities allows them to reduce the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each canvas is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your canvas arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. What size are the digital downloads?
All digital downloads are provided in a 3:4 aspect ratio, which is a versatile size that works beautifully for common print formats such as 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 18x24, and more.

How do I receive my digital download?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to download your file instantly. No waiting for shipping! You will have 24 hours to download your file.

What file type will I get?
Files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs (300 DPI), suitable for both printing and digital use.

Can I print the file myself?
Yes! You can print at home, through a local print shop, or an online printing service. The 3:4 aspect ratio makes it easy to find frame and canvas options.

Can I use the digital download more than once?
Absolutely. Once purchased, you can print your file as many times as you like for personal use.

Can I share or resell the file?
No — your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the file in any form is not permitted.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are non-refundable. However, if you experience an issue with your file, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

What if I need a different size?
Currently, downloads are only offered in the 3:4 ratio. If you need a specific size for a project, please get in touch — I may be able to help with a custom request.
